Marie Lee
Founder and Piano Teacher
Using the latest techniques, refined by weekly experiences with over 130 students, Marie uses group piano classes to motivate and inspire musicians so they can enjoy a lifetime of creative and beautiful music making. Her patient, but high-energy teaching style leverages encouraging motivation for students along with the strengthening positive peer pressure of the class. Her techniques and manipulatives reach all styles of learners
along with the latest iPad apps on large screen TVs. She encourages creative performance methods and effective musicianship goal setting and awards to develop life-long skills of confidence and self-discipline. Creative applications include: publishing student composition books raising funds for a school in Tanzania, Halloween street recitals, rest home concerts, family ensemble performances, and inspiring awards programs.

Piano
All throughout her life, Katherine has had a passion for helping others achieve their dreams and excel under her care. Born in the heart of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Katherine learned both English and Spanish at a young age. In 2010, she came to the United States to attend college at Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2015. In 2017, she moved to Las Vegas to be with her sweetheart, who eventually became her husband.
Katherine has had the opportunity of teaching Sunday School to high school students in Honduras, serving as a tutor at BYU-Idaho, teaching English to Chinese students, and serving as a church youth leader. Katherine loves making learning fun and pushing her students to higher heights. Katherine has been playing the piano since she was 10 years old, along with singing in school and church choirs.
Katherine is certified with the Mayron Cole Group piano method and has completed numerous hours in Musicality Schools professional music teacher training.
